Synthetic Fiber Pocket Filter F5-F9
Pocket filters are high-performance products designed for demanding operating conditions and can be used as ideal pre-filters or underfilters in a wide range of industries, such as commercial construction, automotive spraying, biopharmaceutical and healthcare.
The pocket filters utilize a special ultrasonically welded pocket process to ensure sealing performance and support the pocket against deformation and extrusion during large changes in airflow, thus enhancing product performance and industry standards. They are available in a wide range of efficiency ratings from F5 to F9 to meet the varying needs of HVAC systems.
The optional Medium Efficiency pocket Chemical Fiber Filter with Antimicrobial Agent, designed to improve indoor air quality, captures and collects particulate contaminants and the fungal and bacterial spores that attach to them, maintaining the integrity of the filter media. The pocket filter is made of layered, meltblown synthetic fibers protected by an outer phase fiber layer that ensures both filtration efficiency and initial pre-filtration, as well as high strength and water resistance.
FEATURES
● The filter material contains electrostatic fiber, which is particularly effective in filtering sub-micron (less than 1) dust, with high dust catching rate and high air permeability.
● Each group of pockets has a positioning air duct to ensure the best filtration effect.
● Each group of filter pockets are fixed with metal strips to increase the strength of the filter mesh to prevent the filter pocket from rupturing due to the friction of the wind when the wind speed is high. Filter pockets are lined with six channels to prevent excessive expansion of the filter pocket with wind pressure and reduce the efficiency of the effective filtration area, with good airtightness and strong bonding, without air leakage and rupture
