Activated Carbon Air Filter
The activated carbon granule filter uses aluminum honeycomb and plastic honeycomb with through-hole structure as carrier. Granular activated carbon is divided into fixed and unshaped particles. It is mainly made of coconut shell, fruit shell and pulp, and is processed through a series of production processes.
Granular activated carbon uses high-quality anthracite as raw material, with developed pore structure, good adsorption performance, high mechanical strength, easy repeated regeneration, low cost and other characteristics.
Applications: used for purification of toxic gases, waste gas treatment, purification of industrial and domestic water, solvent recovery and other aspects.
Product Features
1.Made of coconut shell, with tetrachloride activity greater than 60%.
2.With 100% surface adsorption capacity.
3.The outer frame can be made of waterproof cardboard, galvanized iron frame or aluminum frame and stainless steel.
Product Functions:
Honeycomb activated carbon filter uses aluminum honeycomb, plastic honeycomb and paper honeycomb with through-hole structure as carrier, and fills fruit shell charcoal or coconut shell charcoal in the through-hole, which is a common way of using activated carbon in air filtration. Activated carbon contains a large number of micropores, has a huge specific surface area and adsorption function, and can instantly remove indoor odors, formaldehyde, ammonia, carbon monoxide, benzene and other odors.
Compared with traditional activated carbon filters, it has high activated carbon content and gas dynamic properties, low volume density, large specific surface area, high adsorption efficiency, low wind resistance and long life.
