Cartridge Filters Customization

Cartridge filter is a star-shaped filter made of a certain length of filter material folded into pleats and bonded at the head and tail. There is no cage and easy to install. There are many varieties of filter cartridges, including thin and long and thick and short.

There are three kinds of installation methods for this dust collector: vertical, slanting and horizontal installation. When the cartridge is installed vertically, the dust is easy to fall down and settle into the dust hopper, and the effect is good. Slanting installation, with compact structure, is easy to change cartridges, but when cleaning, the dust on the upper layer will settle in the lower layer of the cartridge, making it difficult to remove. Horizontal installation, The dust in the upper part of the lower cartridge is more difficult to remove. Slanting installation is suitable for small and medium-sized dust removal system non-sticky, low concentration, coarse dust dust removal, but also suitable for some of the old bag filter renovation.
