There are 5 main production processes according to the manufacturing properties of air filters. We adopt advance manufacturing equipment and scientific inspection methods to strictly control every process to ensure our products meet deadlines and expected quality.
Processing stages
1. Coarse Pleating, medium high efficiency filter
Material inspection→ Pleating →Glue setting→ Sealing edges→ Performance testing→ Packaging →Into the warehouse
2. Plate filter
Material inspection →Stamp cutting →Frame trimming→ Assembling→ Framing→ Performance testing →Packaging→ Into the warehouse
3. Honeycomb gas contaminant filter
Material inspection→ Honeycomb gluing→ Putting on net on one side→ Filling filtering material (activated carbon, impregnated carbon, molecular sieve) →Putting on net on another side→ Framing→ Performance testing→ Into the warehouse
4. Multifunction carbon filter element for vehicles
Material inspection→ Carbon filter pleating→ Setting pleats→ Sealing edges→ Packaging→ Framing →Performance testing→ Into the warehouse
5. HEPA filter
Material inspection →Pleating →Glue setting →Glue sealing→ Testing→ Packaging→ Into the warehouse
Our strength
1. Laboratory
2. 30cubic meter solid and gas detection chamber: built according to GB/18801-2015 national standards, solid CADR and gaseous CADR for air filter performance testing.
3. 3 cubic meter solid and gas aging chamber: testing air filter performance, air filter aging testing, filtering mesh aging testing (CCM).
4. 81m3 cubic meters inspection cabin: Test the CADR of solid/gaseous matter pollution of large purifiers.
5. Filtering material testing station: product testing results are identical with US TSI8130 automatic material testing device.
6. Wind tunnel testing: proceed according to EN779 standard. Testing the damage of air filter under wind pressure and filtering efficiency.
7. Automation pleating machine: Capable of slitting different specification of material, pleating material into wavelike shape to increase its filter surface area.
8. Glue dispensing machine: Dispensing glue on the peak of the wave shape filter, setting the space between peaks, ensuring the aeration.
9. Edge pleating: Making sure every frame is manufactured according to quality requirements.
10. Robotic arm glue filling: Enable automated framing, reducing human error, increasing productivity and quality.
11. Product inspection: Ensuring the quality of the product before shipping.
